Who is she?
She is the EVP of Finance and CFO at the Estée Lauder Companies. She also serves as a director on the Board of Accenture and Facebook, and is known for her commitment to supporting and empowering women and minorities to achieve their full potential.
How did she start?
Tracey received a B.S. in industrial engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Columbia Business School. She has a non-traditional career in the corporate world built in many different industries and functions.
How did she get there?
Her professional journey began as an engineer in GM. After pursuing her MBA at Columbia, she returned to the company as a financial executive. After working in several finance and management roles, she was appointed SVP and CFO at L Brands, and then CFO at Ralph Lauren. She joined Estée Lauder in 2012 as EVP of Finance and CFO.
What is her advice?
“You can achieve anything you dedicate yourself to do. But while most things will work out well, some things will not. If you don’t take risks and try, you’ll never be able to reach your potential.”
