What do we do ? EDHEC WinFin's mission is to promote personal and professional growth for women in the financial sector. We have four different areas or projects that work together to achieve our mission :

1. Events & Interviews : We organise events such as networking sessions, interviews, and  mentorship programs which aim to promote diversity and opportunities for women who aspire to pursue a career in the financial industry.
2. High School Project : We want to have an impact on younger generations by sharing with highschool students the great possibilities of studying in the financial field. Our goal is to promote broader social equity in access to higher education, especially concerning the selective branches of finance.
3. Partnerships : We are in charge of building and strengthening our network of students and professionals in the financial field. We are actively engaged with our partners who support us to achieve our goals and share our vision for women’s empowerment in the financial industry.
4. Marketing, communications and IT : Our team is in charge of creating engaging and relevant content for our  website and our Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram accounts, nurturing our community, and inviting others to join. You will be involved in every area of WinFin as you will have to promote each event, project, news or interview.
